The arising pride of phallic tower
Babel
Man’s lust

Erects itself with Lucifer’s arrogance
Thrusting upward violently
Making heaven bleed

The vanity of demonic obelisk
Egypt
Man’s name
Man’s aim
Man’s fame

Exalts itself above trinity’s essence
Trampling sacred blood
Profaning God’s inner-most

The licentiousness of heretical temple
Rome
Man’s dominion
Man’s gluttony
Man’s idol

Expands itself with canopy of pagan denial
Earth invading heaven
Vain-glory blaspheming Maker

The worship of fallen office
Hollywood
Man’s dream
Man’s illusion
Man’s corrosion

Parades itself among men and angel
Another god-man falling
From stardom’s light

The hypocrisy of godly skyscraper
Today
Man’s denial
Man’s depravity
Man’s ignorance

All exposed as rotting filth at Golgotha’s hill
Calvary responding powerfully
Confronting creations evil

The challenge of torturous device
Jesus
God’s foolishness
God’s agony
God’s death

The glory fail was the glory win
Life’s kiss complete
Impartation from Immortal

Holy breath in stones of heaven’s design
Eternity
God’s love
God’s grace
God’s gift
