SOVEREIGN LORD (SIMEON'S SONG)

Sovereign Lord!
Sovereign Lord!
My eyes have seen Your Salvation!
My eyes have seen Your Salvation!
Your Salvation

Sovereign Lord!
Sovereign Lord!
My eyes have seen Your Salvation!
My eyes have seen Your Salvation!
Your Salvation

Which You have prepared in the sight of all people
You have prepared in the sight of all people
Which You have prepared in the sight of all people
You have prepared in the sight of all people

A Light
A Light for revelation to the Gentiles

The Glory
The Glory to Your people Israel

He is the Light!
He is the Glory!
He is the Heart of God’s Salvation!

He is the Lord!
And He is Jesus!
He is of God, the Final Revelation!

THE FATHERS LIGHT

You see them as the pagan and the sage
Traveling from kingdoms afar
The prophecies they read from ancient page
The son of God revealed by holy star

Oh Pilgrims… Oh Pilgrims…
Bow before the child
Lift Him up to skies of night
And gaze afar to Bethlehem’s star
Give your gifts to the Father’s Light

You see them as the dirty and the poor
Outcasts tending sheep in frozen night
But angels broke the night with holy song
Singing praises in their glorious light

Oh Shepherds… Oh Shepherds…
Bow before the child
Lift Him up to skies of night
And gaze afar to Bethlehem’s star
Hold to heart the Father’s Light

You'd think that He was just a normal child
Asleep within the arms of lonely girl
But the baby ever fearful and fragile
Was the Saviour God of the world

Oh Mary… Oh Mary…
Bow before your child
Lift Him up to skies of night
And gaze afar to Bethlehem’s star
Know you hold the Father’s Light

A night like none before
Was the night that God was born
This child He came for all
Jesus bringing the life on new dawn

And now we…
Bow before the child
Lift Him up to skies of night
And gaze afar to heavenly star
We will behold the Father’s Light

ETERNAL TREASURE

Voice of heaven broke silent night
From newborn child that early morn
God gazed through an infant’s eyes
Saw and beheld a mother’s warmth

The face of heaven is now revealed
Gazing upwards to virgins eyes
Held in arms so tightly sealed
Jesus cried the firstborn’s cry

Do not forget this holy night
That transformed the world of man
The God of Infinite Light
Cradled in a mothers hands
Come see the child and mother
Hold this moment forever
Come see a glory like no other
Virgin with Eternal Treasure

Small hands of God reach to embrace
The girl holding Creation’s King
Hope of Mankind has shown His face
Salvation to nations He brings

Small fingers that would stop fierce storms
Touch the palms of Mary’s hands
The small voice that cries for mothers warmth
Will speak and raise the dead again

Do not forget this holy night
That transformed the world of man
The God of Infinite Light
Cradled in a mothers hands
Come see the child and mother
Hold this moment forever
Come see a glory like no other
Virgin with Eternal Treasure

Feet that would one day walk the seas
Mary with the blankets, bind
Her precious Son’s hands and feet
Will one day be known by mankind

What questions must have Mary thought
What on earth did she feel that night?
With humiliating birth she bought
The King of Nations – The Light of Life

The Father’s in the arms of a virgin mother
Who is holding her Son
She brought to the world the gift of life
Love has come, Hope has come, Faith has come

Thy King has come!

THE SLANDER CLAUS SONG

He’s an icon of wealth, an icon of greed
Giving us things that we don’t need
Santa Claus is coming to town…

Elf demons help him, He flies through the sky
Living upon this great Western Lie:
Santa Claus is coming to town…

He knows when you’re sleeping
Stalks you when you’re awake
He doesn’t care if you’re bad or good
Just be rich for goodness sake!

He’s sold his own soul, responding to cash
Storing our greed in his Santa bag stash
Santa Claus is coming to town…

He’s making a list and checking to see
Kids to spoil in rich families
Santa Claus is coming to town…

He holds your little children
They sit upon his lap
You only see the good of him
Not what goes behind the back

He has a big laugh; he’s got a big grin
Indulging us in our gluttonous sin
Santa Claus is coming to town…

With a corporate fist and his material vice
He lives for those who lives in his lies,
Santa Claus is coming to town…

He makes you so self-centered
Always giving to your needs
He breaks into your house at night
Always looking for a feed

So! You better watch out! You better think twice!
He's never cared about who’s naughty or nice
Santa Claus is coming to town…

Cos he’s checking his list, checking it twice
Who’s caught in his deceptive device?
Santa Claus is coming to town…

He doesn’t care about the hungry
The poor or the oppressed
But he cares that you are feeling good
Like a pig in it’s own mess

So! You better watch out! You better think twice!
He's never cared about who’s naughty or nice
Santa Claus is coming to town…
